a 30-mile radius are subject to mileage fees.

With
our Real Estate Staging consultation, we do a complete walk-thru
of your property, starting with the curb and working our way through
the entire house. We look for anything that might deter a prospective
buyer and will provide you with a complete checklist of specific
recommendations including ways to remove clutter, enhance curb appeal,
make basic home repairs and improvements. A walk-thru typically
takes about 2 hours to complete.
In
addition to our Real Estate Staging Consultation, we also offer
Redesign for Real Estate Staging. After your initial walk-thru consultation,
you might be feeling a bit overwhelmed by the work that needs to
be done to prepare your home for sale. We can help alleviate some
of the stress and would welcome the opportunity to come back to
perform a home redesign. We will edit and redesign your existing
furnishings, artwork and accessories so potential buyers can envision
